I had a significant issue with the top, but the company stood behind their product and replaced it within a week through warranty. This shows their commitment to the durability of their product.
After just 2 years of use, the seam in my very first joint has severed.
After a few months, the fabric runners on the underside of the cover started falling off.
I had to remove aluminum shavings from many predrilled holes to fit the screws in, indicating questionable quality of the cover.

I am excited to install this truck-tonneau-cover as I had a similar one on my last truck and loved it. It is fairly easy to install and the access to the rails and existing sliding tie downs is a big step up.
I found the instructions useless, but a YouTube video helped me install the product perfectly.
The installation process requires shimming the aluminum brackets to ensure the right and left side rails are level.
The installation process is not easy and the fitment is not exact. The instructions are also horrible.

Trying to level the track would compromise the weather proofing.
I was disappointed with the product once it was installed as it was extremely leaky. The foam pieces didn't cover the holes, so I had to use a sealer. The water ran down and out the back of the catch handles that are supposed to drain down the pictured tubes. There are also various spots down the railing that leak.
