After using it for almost three months, I found no problems with the product. It is easy to open and close and looks great. However, it is not entirely waterproof due to its low profile.
The tarp with sun heat melts the glue and causes it to move, which can lead to the setup system not locking in the right interlock channel system and bending the metal. This can worsen over time and render it unusable after 3 years.
There are unacceptable gaps in the components and the support seems to be fine with it.
I have sent an email with a breakdown of the issues related to the durability of the truck-tonneau-covers.
