I took off the foam weatherstrip and trimmed a little bed liner like the instructions said, which made the cover fit awesome.

I installed the cover alone in the rain and it took less than 30 minutes. I expect it to take less than 20 minutes in good weather and even less time with help.
Once I figured out how to install it with the help of another person, the installation was simple despite the vague instructions.
The installation of the truck-tonneau-cover was super simple and took only 20 minutes. However, the locks to lock it in and close the cover are cheaply made and I had to spend hours trying to get the cover to close and lock. I checked everything, was all lined up etc and still no luck but turned out the plastic on one end was longer than the other by maybe a cm not even so I just pulled really hard and it finally close legit took hours to finish the install.

There is a gap in the gasket that seals the cover against the bed at the corners toward the front, but I don't think it will leak.
