I have noticed an immediate improvement in smell with the odorsorb from the trash bags and the trash can itself.
I purposefully throw away smelly food and containers and wait to take out the trash. I haven't noticed any odor when I open the trash can. I think the charcoal helps with odors both while the trash is in the can and once tied closed and put in the outside can.
