I have observed that my dog responds well to the vibration when she is being too aggressive, indicating that I have used the training collar and personally observed her response.
I keep the collar on the first setting which is a light shock and also use the vibration mode on the first setting. The collar has three settings: loud beep, vibration mode, and shock mode, all of which are adjustable. According to me, the collar doesn't hurt the dog, it just helps them follow commands. My granddaughter touched it when I hit the shock button and she could nearly feel it.
The collar works great, but I need to tighten it constantly if my dog has thick fur.
