I can increase the braking strength and power on the trailer brakes when going down a steep grade with this product.
I have a major complaint about the adjustability of the trailer-brake-controls. The control buttons are mounted on the top, making it impossible to mount the thing under the dash and use the buttons.
I contacted support to request a warranty return for the product that failed suddenly. However, I have not received any reply from them yet.
