I have noticed that the belt holes are made for larger people. However, I am over 6ft tall and wear waist 32 jeans. Even when carrying a lot of gear, the belt on the tightest setting isn't tight enough.
I would not recommend this tool-belt for those with a smaller frame as the holes stop at about 32 and it will just slide.
