I wish the bag would stay completely closed and sealed even when locked. It's possible to unzip a tiny bit when locked and the smell can escape.
I found the bag to be smaller and trickier to lock than I would like. However, the company emailed me the instructions to set the combo lock and I was able to do so.
I have a hard time with the zippers getting it opened and closed every time. I haven't tried using the lock combination yet because of this.
