I like the easy button that lights up blue when I'm ready to pop up my toast or whatever I'm toasting.
The heating elements light up red to show which ones are on and the knobs light up in a nice blue to display the selected options.
The timer is a mixed blessing with the light remaining on all the time. I prefer no lights except an indicator one only while in operation.
