The accuracy of our new unit is terrible as it cannot read boiling water correctly and gives different temperature each time it is used.
After it melted, the timer started giving inaccurate readings.
My thermometer consistently reads low by over a degree or two compared to a professional digital thermometer accurate to a 10th of a degree.
