I bought the timers to give accurate times to my daughter.
The Uigos Digital Kitchen Timer II 2.0 is a reliable and versatile companion for various activities like cooking, baking, playing sports, or managing time in the office. It has a large display, on/off switch, countdown and stopwatch functions, and multiple placement options.
The timer has a loud alarm that won't turn off until reset and keeps accurate time, which is what I was looking for.
These timers are very useful for cooking, baking, sports, and office use.

I discovered that turning off the timer by the switch on the side after it goes off conserves battery life.
The battery life is very poor and it dies in about three days.
The timer drains batteries quickly even with light use, lasting only about 3 weeks. Compared to other timers that last for months on AAA batteries and keep their display running constantly.
I find the battery life to be short and the quality of the battery to be cheap.

I can customize the timer to count down from any time up to 99 minutes and 59 seconds, and use it as a stopwatch. Setting the time is quick and convenient.
It is easy for me to set for most timing needs while cooking.

The display is large and the buttons are silent when programming the time. There is also a setting to adjust the alarm volume.
I received two timers and noticed that one of them has an issue with the display. It can only be read at an angle and is too light to be seen otherwise.
I found it difficult to see the numbers on the display as it was very faint.
I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the display size is larger than I would have preferred, at 1 inch numerals.

I have never faced any durability issues with the timer, as I have only broken them myself while dropping.
I have been using the timer for 5 years but it stopped working after being dropped multiple times.
I had trouble with the pull-out stand on one of the timers. It stuck as I pulled it out, causing the material to deform badly. The pin that swivels the stand piece in and out broke on one side, causing the stand to fall out of the device.
I advise against buying the timer if you are prone to dropping it as it is not durable enough to withstand a waist-high drop.
