About TotalBoat - Epoxy Resin Crystal Clear - 1 Gallon Epoxy Resin & Hardener Kit

Totalboat TableTop Epoxy is a 2-part, ultra-clear, 100% waterproof, liquid epoxy resin coating for bar tops. It'S also thicker, clearer & easier to use than varnished is more heat resistant to fading and heat damage if you use it for the first time - it looks so wet, people are afraid to touch it! Tabletop is also thinner and clearer than the varnish you see on restaurant bars and tabletops, plus its high viscosity TableTop is also BPA-free, so once cured, it's more suitable for contact with food. Pourable, self-leveling formula cures as smooth as glass. Cured material does not blush like other epoxies, and resists heat better than varnish. Available in 2 Quart, Gallon, & 2-gallon kits to suit any project size. Multiple thin layers give you a sealer/leveling coat and as much build as you would like without the high risk for errors, bubbles, or wavy surfaces. Delicate objects such as photos or maps can be damaged by epoxy - apply plastic packing tape around the edges of the table to contain the liquid epoxies and seal them with an alternate clear coat before applying TableTop Epoxy to your tabletop or bar top if you want to seal porous surfaces like glass or plastic tins. The epoxy will not self-level or cure properly. Multiple flood coats are recommended until you reach the desired thickness. The excess heat generated by a thick pour will distort the surface itself. Use brushes, plastic spreaders, and squeegees to help spread the mixed epoxy evenly across the area. If you like, you can embed objects such as shells or bottle caps at this stage. You may also embed items in subsequent flood coats in order to make the objects appear to float beneath. Tabletop Epoxy is a 1/8" flood coat of tabletop epoxy. Sand the surface with acetone or denatured alcohol to remove dust and other contaminants. " I beveled the edges and the table is beautiful. All my neighbors want me to make one for them!" - Joe O., TotalBoat store customer "I wish I had bought two gallons of this stuff" recoat table with map, compass, micrometer, anchor trinket, and silver dollar "trap Nicole Littletaylor, via Amazon Reviews.
