My husband keeps taking the pillows off the couch to sleep on them because they are so comfortable and cozy.
The pillows are very soft and you can feel the feathers inside.
These pillows are not comfortable for sleeping, but they are comfortable for lounging around on the couch.

After putting the pillows in the dryer for 5 minutes, I realized that there was more than one pillow and they became fluffy.
I carefully cut open the sealed bags, gently fluffed them by hand, and then placed them in the dryer with a few dryer sheets on low heat for about 15 minutes.
I threw the pillows in an air drier for about 5 minutes which plumped them up perfectly.
The inserts I received are full and fluffy compared to ones I ordered from another company that were flat and disappointing. My comment is based on my experience and includes specific information.
