78% positive

The telescope stand can only be mounted backwards due to the screwed-on piece, limiting its adjustability.
The horizontal lock has never worked for me and it's difficult to stay targeted once I find an object due to the horizontal motion.
79% praised for its durable construction, but 21% noticed scratches on the lenses
I did not mention anything about the durability of the telescope.
The horizontal lock has never worked, making it difficult to stay targeted on an object due to horizontal motion.
The telescope stand can only mount backwards because the piece attached to the telescope is screwed on backwards, which could potentially damage the product if unscrewed.

I can see the moon great and the kids think it's awesome.
It's difficult to use the telescope with the stand because the screw is attached backwards. This limits the amount of time I want to spend outside gazing as I have to hold it by hand.
The horizontal lock has never worked and it's difficult to stay targeted once an object is found, which can be frustrating for kids.
68% praised for its crystal-clear optics, while 32% noticed slight distortion
I took a picture using the cellphone mount included with the product.
For its price, the product is amazing and provides a good look with its 6mm included eyepiece. I could see the rings of Saturn, craters on the moon, and even the moons of Jupiter. If I'm ready, I can even get a faint glow on the Orion Nebula.
I had difficulty focusing on the moon and could not get it to focus.
74% praised for its versatile magnification range
I can magnify the rings of Saturn, craters on the moon, moons of Jupiter, and even get a faint glow on the Orion Nebula with my telescope.
80% liked its compact and lightweight design, but 20% found it too heavy
I used the included cellphone mount to take a picture with the telescope.
The tripod is too short, making it difficult to get a good angle without being at an awkward position in regards to the telescope.

I faced an issue with adjusting the finder scope of the telescope-refractor. The instructions were lacking. After trying different combinations, I figured out that there are two little nobs on the finder scope of which both were tight so I couldn't figure out what they were for. After playing with them, I realized one adjusted the scope up and the other sideways. It adjusts in tiny little adjustments so it isn't really noticeable until you look through the finder scope and watch the red dot move.
