I had no issues assembling, setting up, and using all the features of this telescope after watching a pair of reviews and the Setup guide from Celestron.

I have not mentioned anything related to durability of telescope-refractors.
I noticed that two bolts are loose and there are probably loose nuts inside the telescope tube.
I tried all the different lenses that came with the product, but it caused damage to internal parts and I could not even view the moon.
I found the first quality issue right out of the box. The aperture dust cover would not seat properly and I used a compass to do a basic roundness check of the optical tube at the aperture. It failed.

I use the telescope's great app even when my daughter is not using it.
I found the telescope easy to set up and use with different eye pieces and a stable stand. Take the time to learn and don't get frustrated, as it was a step up from my previous telescope. I recommend it.
Assembling was fairly easy and aligning the Red dot sight made it easy to see the stars.

I am frustrated that the telescope is not showing the expected image clarity, despite reading glowing reviews about Saturn rings and Jupiter moons. I have tried to focus the telescope but was unable to see anything except for the moon, which was visible but very small.
