The battery life lasts through my 8 hour shift and sometimes even longer.
The battery life is so good that I don't need to charge it between calls. I just put it down on my desk and charge it at the end of the day.
The battery life of the headset is claimed to be 13 hours by Jabra. I have used it for a few days for 6+ hours before recharging and it never went below Medium.

The headset has great range. I can walk into the hallway with a closed door between me and the base without losing connectivity. It gets a little staticky when I walk to the farthest side of the suite, but I still consider it as great range.
When I leave my desk with my phone, the Evolve 65 will seamlessly disconnect from my PC and remain wirelessly connected to my phone.
Connecting the device is easy with instructions right on the screen.
