I recommend using this teeth-whitening product 2-3 times after a teeth cleaning visit with the dentist for best results, as there is no tartar or plaque buildup. I have personally seen visible results.
I use the product a couple of times a month and leave the trays in for approx. 30 mins, resulting in very good results.
After using the product for 2 weeks, I couldn't see much difference.
I did not get great results using the product for 5 days a week, 15-20 minutes a day. Initially, it was brighter but did not last.
