I accidentally dropped the flashlight from a countertop onto hardwood floor, but it still works.
It is easy to adjust the laser to the desired aiming point.
I have noticed that the tactical flashlight has different modes and functions. The flashlight lights up the night and the strobe can interfere with the sight of whoever it is shone at. The blue dot is visible in both steady and strobe functions. The laser light is not visible in daylight past about 15 yards, which should be enough for self-defense, but not good for plinking. The adjustments are a bit awkward to use, but they work fine.

I have noticed that the blue laser lights up a 1ft radius around the dot itself and is extremely bright.
