The new tablet has a longer battery life and is lighter in weight. Transferring everything from the old tablet to the new one was also easy.
I like that the new tablet is lighter and has a longer battery life than the old one.
The tablet works well for reading, researching, and general use. However, I can't speak for its battery life for a teen gamer.
If I put my tablet to sleep and leave it for a few days, it loses about 10% battery per day.

I bought the tablet for navigation on my small boat and wanted a bigger screen than my iPhone.
I bought this tablet for navigation on my boat because I wanted a bigger screen.
I faced issues with the screen size of the tablet. Basic things like getDisplayMetrics(); returns the wrong values for the screen dimensions too, and some older fullscreen apps no longer display correctly. There is no way to adjust the resolution either, unlike other android devices I have used.
My wife dropped the tablet several times due to its larger size and her small hands.

I have noticed that the touch screen frustrates my daughter as it is not very responsive.
I find the touch screen to be unresponsive, making all other functions difficult.
Sometimes the screen isn't very responsive and I have to hit an icon a couple of times before it opens.

The sound is clear and the volume can be adjusted.
The sound quality with the opposite-end speakers is better than I anticipated.
While listening to something, the sound of my tablet turns off mysteriously.

I have a tablet with 32GB internal storage and a micro SD slot that can accept up to a 1TB card.
I upgraded my tablet's storage to a 256GB mini-SD external storage chip based on my experience. I don't see my wife using any more storage space than that, even though chips with larger capacities up to 1TB can also be purchased for reasonable prices.
I relied on additional storage to supplement the meager 32GB that came with the tablet, but it did not work under Android 13.
