I faced difficulty in connecting to Wi-Fi on my Kindle 8. I tried changing the settings to show the connection and other available connections but was unable to accomplish what I wanted.
I have experienced that the tablet can locate and connect to all available WiFi options around it, but it never stays connected for more than 10 minutes at a time. I have to go back into settings and reconnect to the same WiFi it was just on. This can be frustrating when watching a movie or show. I rarely use the tablet now.
