I bought the 256 gb storage and I love it.

I bought a new iPad for its battery life, but I don't think the model and its features are great.
I think the battery dies a little fast, but I haven't used it much in a day. I'll have to look out for that.

The size of the tablet is perfect and the display color and clarity is stunning.
The tablet is slightly larger than the second generation and lightweight.
I replaced my 12.9” iPad Pro with this smaller 10.9” iPad Air and a Magic Keyboard. I can still compare and work on documents side-by-side just fine on the smaller screen.
The screen on my device is IPS, not OLED like the iPad Pro.
