The test strips help me monitor key levels of TA, calcium hardness, pH and free chlorine/bromine.
The Chlorine colors are accurate, but the Alkalinity and pH are not usable.
I noticed that the pH balance of the swimming pool chlorine was off by a huge margin. The strip read 7.2 with Alkalinity at 160, but the actual pH was 7.9 with Alkalinity at 53. This caused me to add chemicals in the wrong way.
