Even though I set detection zones, I still get false alarms and notifications for motion or detection outside the detection zone.
When the motion alert comes up on my phone and I click on it, the software takes me to the segment where the recording started and not to when the event itself happened. This makes it difficult to see what triggered the event.

I would not recommend this camera to anyone as the night vision is awful and it lost its color after a week. Only one camera has color now and the picture quality is okay except at night when it is really bad.

I have filtered my front door with the intelligent motion detection which is unbelievable. It recognizes a person anytime and is spot on, even in the dimly lit garage across the street from me on occasion. Sorting through motion events is seamless and I always know when someone is approaching my front door.
I had issues with the product's motion detection and alerts. It would detect motion, record for 30 minutes, and then notify me. It was a mess.
