I am disappointed that the telescoping handle, which is the primary feature of my suitcase, does not work when the bag is full.
On the first and second trip after buying it, the handles of my suitcase broke.
I am concerned about the flimsy side and top handles that seem to be held in place with a plastic button. The top and bottom handles also worry me.
