I like the suitcase with its two great compartments that feel like so much more space than my regular roller suitcase.
In the laptop compartment, there is only space for a thin laptop and no room for the charge cord.

I am disappointed with the telescopic handle of my luggage as it failed to retract after the second use. This caused inconvenience and anxiety while traveling. I suggest buying luggage with a lifetime warranty to avoid such problems in the future.

The suitcase has flown thousands of miles with me and is super durable. It has not shown much wear and tear even after being slammed full multiple times.
I used the suitcase once and noticed two things that made me wonder about quality. The telescoping handles bind easily and the plastic gouges relatively easily. I had a deep gouge after one 3.5 hour flight.
After using the suitcase for 3-4 months, small black blocks on the side started popping off, exposing the pointy end of screws on the outside.
