Overall Feedback:
63% positive
64% were satisfied with the size and portability, although 36% weren't
I think the switches should be placed at the bottom of the handle instead of the middle of the unit. This would effectively reduce the striking length by 6 inches. It doesn't make sense for the stick to be so long when you have to place your hand halfway up the length to activate the electricity.
64% found it ergonomic, but 36% experienced discomfort
I found the switches hard to find and use in the dark. Additionally, the flashlight switch stopped working after two weeks.
64% highlighted the range and effectivenes, yet 36% experienced limitations
Sometimes the stun-gun's shock function only makes a hissing sound and no electricity comes out.
61% appreciated the activation mechanism, although 39% found it cumbersome
I have turned on the stun-gun and slid the button all the way up, it is ready to shock with the red warning light.
The stun-gun's activation mechanism is poorly designed as my hand is halfway up the length of the stick, making it pointless.
66% were satisfied with the safety featureshowever, 34% encountered concerns
I suggest that the stun gun is suitable for scaring dogs or as a security backup at home.
I have heard from previous buyers that the stun gun requires reinforcement as a part of it tends to break easily.

The case that comes with the stun-gun is problematic as I can easily shock myself if I leave it on and bump it just the right way.
