I am able to adjust the bass through hardware as it is overemphasized in most of the content I play.
The monitor is adjustable and helpful for eliminating unwanted frequencies for a flatter response, which is an added advantage for my home studios on a budget.
I adjusted the back of the monitors to customize for specific circumstances. I trimmed the Acoustic Space control down to -2dB to avoid the bass being too boomy, which is in line with the manual's suggestion for the setup I have them in, close to a wall.
