I have noticed that this stud finder is not accurate in finding studs even in simple applications.
I have complained that this stud finder scanner is inaccurate and inconsistent with its readings/marking from one scan to the next. I compared it with my old Black & Decker Stud finder + Lazer level and noticed the same issue.
