I have found that the ATIE carbide is much sharper than the Echo steel, resulting in a significant reduction in friction and improved cutting performance of the brush cutter. The cutting performance is now much better than before, like night and day.
I updated my review and found that the blades can cut through anything up to three inches in diameter. Barely grazing the limb/tree is enough to cut it right through.
The product cuts 3 inch thick vegetation like a dream and is quick for 1-2 inches, but requires a bit of holding for 3-4 inches.
