The inside hole is smooth and turned to a diameter of 53mm. The diameter across is 196mm or 7.75 inches. The Z height is 16.5mm and the edges are rounded with no sharp parts.
The plates I ordered are aesthetically pleasing but approximately .5 to .75 inches greater in diameter than other 10 lb plates, which makes for an odd look on the bar.
