    I don't use leg straps in the long run, but I do use ankle weights for the "lower body" exercises, and they are much easier than squats.


    It is not hard to learn how to use 15 & 25 as they provide a sufficient challenge for a good quick workout but also add a stability challenge as you are more likely to have the unit sway back and forth as you squeeze it together until you get the movements down.


    I am hoping it won't take my face with it, and better quality would support more weight, which I'm sure no one would complain about despite design wanting to keep weight to 3-4 lbs for the base product.


    It's not a direct competitor to those other workout methods, but it's quite different and easily better, so I recommend it for anyone who hasn't found a way to integrate working out into their busy life.


    I am worried about getting a serious injury if I drop one on my chest or toe, because it is much more versatile and lightweight than weights.

    I think you can add one Flex pack, but not more.

    Is it possible to make a 25 lbs resistance pack or 20 lbs? The 25 included is not enough for many of these exercises.

    The OYO Gym is designed for up to 25 lbs of resistance in each hand, yet only weighs 2 lbs and folds up to go anywhere.

    I can't extend my arms because the length doesn't allow it. How do you adjust the length?

    Each arm can get its own full extension with the help of the handgrip.
