  • What users have to say about OYO Personal Gym - Full Body Portable Gym Equipment Set for Exercise at Home

I don't use leg straps in the long run, but I do use ankle weights for the "lower body" exercises, and they are much easier than squats.

It is not hard to learn how to use 15 & 25 as they provide a sufficient challenge for a good quick workout but also add a stability challenge as you are more likely to have the unit sway back and forth as you squeeze it together until you get the movements down.

I am hoping it won't take my face with it, and better quality would support more weight, which I'm sure no one would complain about despite design wanting to keep weight to 3-4 lbs for the base product.

It's not a direct competitor to those other workout methods, but it's quite different and easily better, so I recommend it for anyone who hasn't found a way to integrate working out into their busy life.

I am worried about getting a serious injury if I drop one on my chest or toe, because it is much more versatile and lightweight than weights.

    FAQ

    Q:

Is it possible to attach your extra flex packs to the 10-10-5)?

    A:

I think you can add one Flex pack, but not more.

    Q:

Is it possible to make a 25 lbs resistance pack or 20 lbs? The 25 included is not enough for many of these exercises.

    A:

The OYO Gym is designed for up to 25 lbs of resistance in each hand, yet only weighs 2 lbs and folds up to go anywhere.

    Q:

I can't extend my arms because the length doesn't allow it. How do you adjust the length?

    A:

Each arm can get its own full extension with the help of the handgrip.

    Q:

Is this effective for both biceps and triceps?

    A:

If your aim is like weights lifting, not sufficient, or maintenance, then fine.

    Q:

Is there any recommended routines after completing the 10 week challenge?

    A:

Yes. We have 60 workouts on our OYO Fitness website and OYO Fitness YouTube channel, as well as a new 12 week program that you can join.
