What users have to say about Kbands | Speed and Strength Leg Resistance Bands
I've been using these bands for a couple of years now, and I'm really happy with them. I use them for online videos about building speed, agility,re activity, and hip strength, and I strap them on to do "booty" exercises like the fire hydrant
I saw a video about someone using these and thought they were a great idea, but I had to give them a try.
I used K-bands to get a personal record in just 2 weeks, and my high school athletes use them to get school records, so watch the videos to see how!
This product is very durable and I would recommend it to anyone.
It's easy to put on and they're very secure. They're not prone to slipping or moving, so they're a good value.
Will the Bands design be small for my 8 year old son, who wants to increase his running speed?
Yes. If the leg straps are uncomfortable, you can trim the ends to make them fit.
What is the resistance of the pounds on the green bands?
The resistance bands are not going to work like normal weights if you use them around the thigh.
Is it possible to buy the 2 Blue Resistance Bands separately?
At this time we don't have those for sale on Amazon.
Is this band only for short interval routines?
I can't imagine why anyone would want to wear them on a 5K.
Will these help strengthen my muscles in the hip, thigh and glute areas?
Yes. You can add muscle if you continue to add more resistance and diet. However, to add muscle to the thigh, you would have to incorporate squats or an exercise similar that involves the thigh.
