    The tool is easy to use and works well with the chest and arms, but the customer service was very good and I had to email them because the one I ordered was too heavy.


    The product is one of the best workout gadgets I have ever owned, it has a lot of resistance, I do many exercises with it, and it is great for the triceps push downs.


    If you are already a gym rat but can't hit the gym due to the swine flu, the 110 pound bar is the best money I've spent on any work out equipment.

    It's also suitable for women, helping you build fuller and firmer breasts. Just get the lowest resistance bar.

    The "70 lbs" is for normal fit people who want to start working out, you can use it to begin your work out and will get an excellent exercise experience.

    How are you using it?

    A:

    I do six sessions a week that usually take 30 minutes, arms and shoulders on days 1-3-5, chest,back and Abs on days 2-46.

    Is it possible that this will give me a strong chest when I mix it with Pushups?

    Yes. I can bench 250 but the 110 resistance is too strong for me and I need the lighter 90 pound resistance to get the full contraction.
