    Q:

What is the foot print of the tower, from what I've read, it's about 3 feet wide, but how far do the legs come out from the back to the front?

    A:

The tower is 3 feet side to side at its widest point, from the front tip of the left base to the front tip of the right base.

    Q:

The arm rest slides out when I use it.

    A:

It should not slide out, even though there is a little give side to side.

    Q:

What is the height from the pull up bar to the ground?

    A:

The top bar is a few inches lower, but it worked great for me.

    Q:

Is it possible to use this with a set of gravity boots?

    A:

I don't believe it's designed to handle the weight on the top bar.

    Q:

Is the diameter really only 1 inch, and anything to buy on Amazon that would add thickness?

    A:

The pull up bar is thin, but so far it's not an issue for me.
