I am happy to discover that the device has two USB ports and I can plug a four port USB hub into a port and all devices in the hub are recognized.
The media player has multiple connectivity options including 2 USB ports, HDMI connection, SD card slot, and audio/video out jack for RCA jack connections for older TVs, along with the RCA connector cable.
The remote control is very unresponsive and needs to be pointed straight at the device. A better solution could be using Bluetooth technology.

I can use the included remote control to select my preferred video and view it on the large screen TV.

I found that the Neumi player works much better than my go-to method of streaming with Plex Media Server, especially with huge files. It has no buffering, hiccups, or freezes, and provides solid 4K content.
The device can play a good variety of video file formats with various containers and streams up to 4k. It's important to get the right model for the highest video codec resolution support.
The Fast Forward option is not working for the full movie.

I read a critical review of the interface, but I found it to be fine. Since the machine only does three things, there isn't much that can be done to make it more high tech.
I am dissatisfied with the product's interface. It looks like it was designed by a child and the default background cannot be changed. The blue background with confetti appears on every screen except when watching media.
The player interface is difficult to seek through video and lags.
The menu UI is not good and the controller functionality is abhorrent.

The video and audio quality is excellent.
While watching 4K content, there were no buffering, hiccups, or freezes.
The video quality was poor and it would slow down and skip sound intermittently. Most of the 4k mkv, mp4 hd videos did not play.

I faced difficulty with the remote control. I changed batteries but it didn't work. Finally, I moved the remote to about 1 foot away and it worked.
