I faced connectivity issues while using the device and the solutions provided by the support team did not work.
The device was supposed to work without wifi, but it did not work as expected.
The product directed me to a pay for service website and asked for a credit card number, which is not genuine chromecast dongle behavior.

I found the inbuilt casting feature of my Vizio Smart TV to be buggy and nearly unusable. However, it's night and day better using this product.
The lack of a remote control is a major drawback for me and I will not be purchasing the item again.

I found that the device provides a clearer streaming experience for Amazon prime movies compared to streaming through the monitor itself.
This version doesn't work with hotel Wi-Fi login screens and is super slow. It took forever to connect to my phone hotspot and the streaming from my iPhone kept not working.

I was only given two solutions - move the wifi modem closer or try opening the casting page in an incognito screen - but neither worked.
