I bought it to connect via ethernet and turn off WiFi, but I am unable to do so.
69% liked the remote control, but 31% didn't
Alexa's ability to mute and unmute the TV does not work.
I have not been able to use the 1 & 2 keys on the remote.
To switch between inputs, I need to yell across the room or mouth-breathe into the remote's built-in mic as it requires Alexa.
Setting up the remote to control the TV or monitor is difficult and I am having a hard time with volume up and down.

The Fire TV Cube provides access to over 1.5 million movies and TV episodes from popular platforms like Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, and more for endless entertainment options.
I find it to be a solid streaming option, but the lack of ongoing support may make me switch to AppleTV and question Amazon's commitment to its customers and my commitment to Amazon.
The search always defaults to paid streams for shows, ignoring my existing subscriptions.

The interface for apps like Netflix, Youtube, Prime, and Hulu is decent but could be better.
I dislike the user interface of the streaming media player. I want to categorize the movies and shows I add to my watchlists in all the different apps, but the user interface does not allow me to do so. I suggest creating tabs and subheadings for different genres and decades, and moving my watchlist into those newly created tabs.
I am disappointed with the limited user interface.
The home screen is full of ads and I can only pin a couple of frequently used apps. I rarely see the home screen for more than a few seconds.

At times, the video quality when streaming from Prime is terrible.
The video quality is not up to the mark as it keeps splitting the sound from the video and I need to do a complete reset to align them.

At times, the cube struggles with basic voice commands.
Voice control is not easy to operate, it's like four extra syllables.
Alexa does not allow me to shutdown or restart the device. It does not even respond when I give the command to either restart or shutdown.
