I prefer my 4k media devices to be wired into my symmetric gigabit internet service to ensure the best video quality, but this device does not allow that. This shows negative sentiment towards the connectivity options of the device.

I have to hit buttons on the remote several times before they work, which is an everyday issue. I charged it up completely and have a clear view of the Apple TV box a few feet away. I will try troubleshooting it with Apple, but its very annoying.
It frustrates everyone in the family when it takes minutes to get to the program we want to watch because the remote is either overly sensitive or very balky.
