The biggest drawback of both FS / Roku voice control is that I cannot change channels within the Xfinity stream app by voice if I have a cable provider.
I have noticed that this device requires an additional digital antenna to connect to local TV programming and is primarily useful for watching news.
When connected to the internet, it will install unwanted features that prevent it from working autonomously or with another 3rd party streaming provider.
Frequent updates often delay my TV connection.

I don't like that the device can't control the TV, so I still need to use 2 remote controls.
I noticed that the remote control lacks volume control buttons and a power button.
I have to use the TV remote as the remote control does not have power or volume buttons.
I have to use 2 remotes as the remote does not have volume control or TV power, which is disappointing.

I was expecting a remote with specific streaming services based on the reviews, but I did not receive it.
I need closed caption due to my age and the Firestick's closed caption lags behind the dialogue.

The user interface is terrible.
I suggest adding a button to the remote to switch back to the previous input. The giant buttons at the bottom are easily accidentally pressed, causing the current input to switch to another one.
The tablet is not as user-friendly for kids as the Roku.
The tablet constantly glitches and responds slowly to button clicks.
