I hardly use my corded upright anymore since i bought this as this stick vacuum excels on hardwood floors and low carpeting.

I was impressed with the design of the filtration system of the stick vacuum. It is easy to clean the powerhead with a quarter turn of one screw and the beater bar comes right out allowing thorough cleaning of it and the well the brush runs in. There are no belts to fool with.
