81% liked the dustbin capacity, although 19% didn't
I can vacuum my entire house before needing to dump the dustbin. I have a cat that sheds a lot.
I need to empty the dirt cup and filter often, but it's easy to do.
My dustbin capacity is just shy of 1/3 of a quart.
The dirt collection bin needs to be emptied more frequently if you haven't vacuumed in a while or if you have pets, as it is on the small side.

I find the vacuum to be light in weight and highly maneuverable.
The vacuum is lightweight, maneuverable and easy to use. I am overlooking the two small faults.
The vacuum is easy to maneuver and fits well under furniture, although it is a little heavier than expected.
I find the vacuum easy to maneuver, but tire quickly due to my hand surgeries.

I am impressed with the suction power as it picks up a lot of dust.
The vacuum has strong suction power and is effective in picking up dirt, debris and pet hair from various surfaces.
On hardwood, I've noticed that the suction power is so strong that it lifts and drags itself.
I was surprised by the amount of pet and human hair that the stick vacuum was able to pick up.

The vacuum works well on both carpet and hardwood, switches easily, and even handles super thick carpet. I vacuumed my whole 2000 square foot house with it and it did great despite emptying the container 10 times.
I have found that the vacuum works best on hardwood floors, but it is harder to control and steer on a rug. Therefore, I would not recommend this vacuum for a house that has predominantly carpeted floors.
On hardwood floors, vinyl and small area rugs, the vacuum performs well.

The vacuum is a little noisy, but it may be due to the better power of the vacuum engine.
When I run the vacuum, it has a high pitched tone.
Compared to my cordless vacuum, this vacuum is fairly loud.
The noise level is unbearable, it's like being at a Metallica concert.

I have found that the vacuum prevents things from flying out the exhaust, despite not having a HEPA filter.
I am impressed with the triple air filter system of the Shark HZ2002 Vertex stick vacuum. It is easy to clean and recirculates the exhaust air without blowing dust or allergens back into the air.

The accessories or replacement heads are really good.
My favourite accessory is the pet power brush because it picks up more pet hair than without it.
All accessories come with the vacuum and click on easily with no issues.
The attachments include a crevice tool and two small passive brush tools with different brush lengths, which are normal for any vacuum.

I wanted a stick vacuum that could work on hardwood floors and reach under the bed without worrying about battery life.
I am worried about having to purchase costly backup batteries and them losing power over time.
The vacuum did not last for 20 minutes and the battery died, despite the product description promising over 50 minutes.
I have noticed that the cordless vacuum has issues with battery life, charge time, and longevity. Eventually, the battery holds such a short charge that the product becomes unusable.
