83% liked the filtration system, yet 17% experienced issues
The filter system effectively catches micro dust in a cleanable filter.
I use a gadget with a brush and hard hooked ends to clean the HEPA filter and keep it clear of dust.
I replace the HEPA filter in my house once a year and it's easy to do.
Cleaning the filter is important for a properly functioning vacuum and should be done after a few uses.
78% liked the dustbin capacity, although 22% didn't
After every use, I can easily empty the clear compartment for larger particles.
I prefer to dump the smaller dustbin after every use. I have yet to fill it half way with one use.
I noticed that the dustbin gets filled up quickly to 1/3rd point and it stops picking up. If you continue vacuuming, you are simply wasting time. It must be emptied frequently.
I need to watch the dustbin capacity while vacuuming as it is very small.

The vacuum comes with several accessories to clean different areas and a brush to clean the accessories.
The vacuum has a button to make the suction stronger, which is nice on all surfaces and using the attachments.
The vacuum includes a mini version of the large spinning brush head, which is great for cleaning carpets in the car and getting cat fur off the sofa, along with normal small brush and crevice accessories.
The mini head is perfect for beds and furniture, and both the crevice tool and brush tool are sturdy and well-made.

I gave a negative rating because the battery only lasts for 10 minutes of vacuuming and takes hours to fully charge.
After a couple of months, the battery won't charge and vacuuming time is only 5 minutes.
On the highest setting, the battery life did not meet my expectations despite being supposed to last longer than 15-20 minutes.
Even if I see 2 out of 3 green lights lit, I am not able to use the vacuum. I have tried but I get no power.

When I kick it down a notch, the vacuum has intense suction power and works great.
The vacuum has good suction power and collected dirt from the carpets.
I needed really good suction to clean my own long hair on a carpeted floor. I was amazed by how much dirt (hair and dust) it picked up on just one clean and I am very happy with the strong suction it has on carpet.
The suction power of the vacuum is acceptable as I was able to pick up sand from the car and it does a good job with dog hair.

The handheld vacuum is lightweight and easy to carry around with a range of attachments for getting into corners and awkward places.
I have a small vacuum with better suction power and low profile than my old bulkier vacuum. It also has better maneuverability.
