The vacuum works well on wood, carpet, high pile shags, and flat accent rugs. The floor feature is the best as it gets close to edges, cleaning every bit of the baseboard.
I have used the vacuum on multiple surfaces including couches, stairs, and both carpeted and hardwood floors, and it worked wonderfully.
I can easily get under furniture and beds, especially on tile or hardwood surfaces.
The vacuum performs well on all types of surfaces including laminate, hardwood, and tile flooring.

On low power with brush/led switched off, the vacuum is quietest.
On the low setting, the vacuum is quiet but gets a little louder on higher settings.

I clean the filter each time I empty the container and have found the best way to clean it.
I use a leaf blower to backwash the HEPA filter and it works better than cleaning it with water.
If the filter is not fresh, the vacuum level drops off significantly.
The filter is difficult to clean with deep grooves, making it hard to remove the accumulated dust.

The maneuverability of the vacuum is impressive. I rated it 5 stars for that sub category. It does a good job of getting into areas and works very well at edging and working to get up dirt along the edges of walls.
Cleaning with this vacuum is easy due to its good suction and maneuverability. It is also relatively compact for convenient storage.
The vacuum is lightweight and easy to use. It can be used by a 2-year-old and is also effective for removing cobwebs near the ceiling.
The head swivels to reach all sorts of angles.

I was able to use the crevice attachment to reach areas that were not possible before.
There are several attachments that come with our vacuum cleaner, making it possible to use as a hand-vacuum, floor vacuum, upholstery cleaner, curtain and blind cleaner, etc.
The included accessories do an okay job for crevices or corners where arms meet cushions.
I found that the crevice attachment lacks power to suck up dust and fibers caught in the brush, and I had to use my fingers to pick them out before it could suck them up.
