On hard surfaces, the vacuum works well, but it does not work well on carpets.
The vacuum picks up fur and messes with ease on all surfaces like tile, hardwood, laminate and carpet.

I have found that the stick-vacuum-electric-broom has a bagless filtration system. The cup can be easily emptied and the sponge filter can be rinsed periodically.
