About Pyle Wireless Home Audio Amplifier System - Bluetooth Compatible Sound Stereo Receiver
Overall Feedback:
84% positive
81% were satisfied with the build quality and durability, but 19% weren't
Even though the product has a great price and features, I would have been better off buying a more expensive amp or receiver with better quality control and durability.
69% highlighted the user interface, but 31% didn't
It takes some time to get used to selecting the right input without clear instructions in the manual.
For the radio, bluetooth, and USB to work, I must select MP3 as the input. The user manual is useless.
86% were impressed with the power output, but 14% weren't
I make the most amount of bass at the 220w point and the 500w output setting doesn't hit as hard.
92% were impressed with the multi room capability, but 8% weren't
The receiver has six independently controllable zones and can control speaker levels in multiple rooms separately.
I bought this stereo-receiver to control the volume of 6 different sets of speakers. However, I faced a problem that each set of speaker outputs only plays either the left or the right channel of whatever it is I am listening to.
82% were satisfied with the connectivity options, but 18% weren't
The bluetooth function connects, but requires excessive hand holding and proved largely useless to me. The manual indicates that you have to select MODE a couple of times to get back to bluetooth as it defaults to one of the other inputs when it powers up.

Even though the product has a great price and features, I would have been better off buying a more expensive amp or receiver with better quality control and durability.
The stereo-receiver has cosmetic and functional defects. It has an AM/FM button that cycles through both choices when selecting input mode, which is redundant and annoying. Additionally, it does not recall the previous volume level or input mode from the last power-off.
I used the RCA pass through to connect my Subwoofer Amplifier and tuned it with my DD-1. I set the gain WAY higher than my old amp with CLEAN signal and getting WAY more bass than I did with my old amp.
