Experiential insights by users
The sound quality of this stereo-receiver is poor. When I hooked the same speakers up to this Pyle Amp, they sounded pitiful, even when I gave each speaker its own channel and cranked it to the max setting.
I appreciated the user interface of the stereo-receiver, specifically the feature that scanned and preset all of the available FM stations, making remote selection easy.
The stereo-receiver has cosmetic and functional defects. It has an AM/FM button that cycles through both choices when selecting input mode, which is redundant and annoying. Additionally, it does not recall the previous volume level or input mode from the last power-off.
