Experiential insights by users
This steam-mop is really nice and it sucks up a surprising amount of dust, crumbs, cat hair, and small pieces of wrapper that fall on the ground. It can also get right up against the counter and under cabinets.
The steam mop lacks a power switch, making it inconvenient to use. The instruction warns against leaving it in one spot as it can be dangerous. If I need to move furniture or stop for more than a moment, I have to pull the plug from the wall, which is extremely inconvenient.
The steam mop is hard to push around the floor and puts a strain on my shoulder and arm.
