The tank can hold 14 ozs of water and is transparent, which is better than several other tanks I saw.
The water tank is a minus point and it's tricky to see the water level because of the dark plastic used.

Setting the temperature is difficult as the control is located in a hard-to-see spot.
The temperature control knob is awkward to turn, but it has a smooth feel.
After 2 weeks, I noticed that the iron couldn't maintain its temperature and the heat dropped after 10-15 seconds.
The temperature control dial is difficult to use as it is too shallow to turn the iron on/off or adjust the temperature.

The automatic shut off system keeps shutting the iron off even though I am actually ironing and moving the iron around.
I am not happy with the auto shut-off feature of the steam-iron. I tend to spend more time horizontally than it likes, and find myself having to put it in an upright position before I am done with a piece, then waiting for it to switch back on again.
I found that the auto shut-off feature of the steam iron is overzealous. It shuts off after 30 seconds even 1while I am still ironing, which happened when I was carefully pressing a shirt placket and trying to bond fusible interfacing.

I did not experience any drips when I turned off the steam setting, which indicates that my iron has an anti-drip feature.
While testing, I noticed drips on the bottom of the iron even though it was supposed to be anti-drip.
