I like the 30min auto shut off feature of the iron. It beeps first to let me know so I can tip it to restart the timer.
The iron has an auto-off feature that shuts off in 30 seconds if left face down or tipped on its side and in 30 minutes if left sitting up. It's great for people who sew or quilt as it doesn't turn off all the time, leaving you to wait for it to heat up again.
The iron shuts off after 30 minutes, which is better than most auto-off irons.
