The included wall plate matches the outlet perfectly and looks great. It is listed as "screwless," but it is actually designed as two pieces - the first piece attaches to the outlet using screws and the second piece snaps over it and is held in place by friction.
The outlet design is nice looking if you don't mind the faceplate sticking out a bit further than standard faceplates.
I noticed that the neutral side of the outlet is loose and wiggling while the hot terminals are tight and solid.
